IVEC2023 offers a hotel booking service for all participants, and details are as follows

• Real name system: All rooms must be booked under real names and are booked by room, not by bed. If you need to share a room with a colleague, only one person is required to complete the booking process (the other one noted) to avoid double booking.

• Guarantee payment: Please complete your hotel reservation by 15 April 2023 and pay 1 night’s room fee in advance as an “accommodation guarantee”.

• Guarantee payment refund: The Local Organizing Committee will refund the “accommodation guarantee” within 15 working days after the conference for those who have paid the “accommodation guarantee” and checked in and out as scheduled (no refund will be made for those who do not check-in or out as scheduled).

• Payment of accommodation fees: Participants should check in at the hotel and pay the corresponding accommodation fees, and request the invoice at the front desk upon departure.

• Cancellation of booking: The booking can be cancelled free of charge before 15 April, and you will receive the refunds within 15 working days after the conference; after 15 April, no refund application will be accepted, but the accommodation can be switched to a colleague of the same affiliation.
