Initial Abstract submission Deadline：Extended to January 13th, 2023 (GMT+8 ) December 20, 2022 (Two-page attachment).
Notification of acceptance：January 28, 2023
Final Abstract Submission Deadline：February 21, 2023 (Two-page attachment for IEEE PDF eXpress Conference ID: 56627X and eCF file).
Final Abstract submission Guideline
1. Click the “Final Abstract Submission” button at the bottom of the page to enter the login page of the submission platform.
2. Login to the personal center (English page) and click “Final Submission” on the left side of the page.[You do not need to register a new username, the existing account (for initial submission) is still available.]
3. Follow the prompts to complete the submission, and all authors submit a Two-page abstract (your final submission should comply with the standard IEEE template).

PLEASE NOTE !
1.You must check the review comments of your abstract, and make sure that you have fully revised your abstract according to the comments before your FINAL submission, otherwise you may get rejected. Even if there are no specific comments to your abstract, the final submission is required as well for further proceedings. You can log in to the submission system and read the comments in ‘Personal Center’.
2. The E-copyright form URL will be automatically sent to first author via email, please do not miss it and follow the steps to complete your signature, and one abstract corresponds to one copyright form. You must upload the ‘IEEE COPYRIGHT AND CONSENT FORM’ PDF file when submitting the final abstract, otherwise your abstract cannot be processed by IEEE database.
3.The final submission MUST follow the standard template of IEEE (two-pages) ！！！！！

4.The final submission must be converted to PDF file using a special PDF conversion tool (IEEE eXpress https://ieee-pdf-express.org/, Conference ID: 56627X) otherwise it may be nonrecognizable by the database.（If you use a word document for PDF conversion, it may report an error!）
5.Please complete your final submission no late than Feb 21, 2023 (24:00 GMT+8)
6.All accepted abstracts must be registered and corresponding payments completed to IVEC 2023 or these will not be published.
7. The final abstract title MUST be prefixed with “Final version – “, otherwise the system will report an error “The title already exists!”
